Job description We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our Software Development team, reporting directly to the IT Business solutions manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the development and management of software solutions for industrial applications within a leading construction-focused organization. Key responsibilities As a Product Manager, your main responsibilities will include: Product Strategy & Roadmap : Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and long-term vision. Feature Prioritization : Define and prioritize product features and user requirements based on market research and stakeholder input. Team Collaboration : Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products. Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze product performance, making adjustments as needed to meet business goals. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of the product vision and strategy. Launch Management : Develop and execute product launch plans, coordinating activities across multiple teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field. At least 5 years of experience in software product management, preferably within industrial or construction-related environments A strong understanding of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
