Product ManagerBarcelonaBarcelona, Catalonia, ESProduct Manager – Job DescriptionSCRM – LIDL Digital HubAbout the roleWe are looking for a Product Manager to join our mobile squad based in the very center of Barcelona. Your main responsibilities will be to stay up-to-date and operative, and also to solve possible issues of the test center in over 28 countries based on our offices in Barcelona. The squad is in charge of analyzing, defining, and delivering seamless features for our loyalty app in over 28 European countries.In this Role, you'll get to:Work in collaboration with the Product Owner of the Squad; the PM will be the contact person for all Lidl Plus Countries.Understand countries' needs and collect requirements to keep improving our customer platforms.Build up specific requirements for new and ongoing products.Organize and design trainings aimed to explain functionalities available to countries.Be the contact person for the countries in case of doubts, bugs, or improvements to be done in certain products.Prioritize all country requirements together with the PO to keep improving and adding functionalities to the squad products.Build up products and features documentation for both internal and external use.Collaborate and manage the product roadmap aligned with our business goals.Required SkillsHigh level of organization and excellent management skills; communicative skills; detail-oriented and analytic skills; ability to work in a team without losing the desire to undertake; strong business skills and comprehensive product vision; experience in maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders and other team members; empathy/passion for dealing with internal and external customers; professional ethics, enthusiasm, and ability to adapt at a fast pace; multitasking capability; ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm in moments of pressure; high level of Spanish and English is required, German is appreciated.About usSCRM was created in 2015 with a vision of the future that foresaw "business and technology forever remaining intertwined", and a steadfast mission to guide traditional businesses towards digital evolution through their clients, data, commercial strategies, and omnichannel communication.Perks of being part of our team:Competitive salary package, benefits plan, meal voucher, transport voucher, childcare voucher, health and accident insurance, hybrid work model, flexible schedule, summer hours in July (optional) and August, 23 days of holidays per year and Holy Thursday off, language lessons (German, English, Spanish), employee referral bonus, long service awards, company sabbatical (3 months) after 5 years, training budget, wellbeing voucher, and commitment to diversity and equal opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
