EMURGO Africa is an investment vehicle that also provides hands-on acceleration and incubation programs, with $100m having been earmarked for investments in Africa, where a key growth driver in the region is the use of lending and borrowing crypto services for daily life.Responsibilities:Lead the execution of product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define clear products and features aligned with the business goals.Utilize market research, customer feedback and data analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimizations.Define and prioritize product features and requirements, balancing user needs, technical feasibility and business objectives.Drive the product and feature development lifecycle including discovery, ideation, documentation, validation and launch.Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, overseeing integration and collaboration efforts.Monitor key metrics and performance indicators, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the product team, promoting a customer-centric mindset and agile methodologies.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products in fintech and/or blockchain sectors.Deep understanding of blockchain technology and its implications for product development and user interaction.Strong analytical skills, with experience in market research, data analysis, and performance tracking.Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools like Jira.Proactive mindset with a strong ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
