We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our innovative and fast-paced team at Univrse. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our VR products and solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we deliver exceptional location-based VR experiences. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of immersive experiences.
What will you do?Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely and successful delivery of product featuresDefine and prioritise product features that align with business objectives and customer requirementsCollaborate with other departments to ensure successful product development and launchIdentify bottlenecks and issues during the development process and help mitigate them to ensure smooth progressMonitor and analyse product performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvementAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product life cycleConduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapeRequirementsProduct Lifecycle Management: Expertise in managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyondMarket Research and Analysis: Ability to conduct market research, analyse trends, and understand competitive landscapesAgile Methodologies: Knowledge and experience with Agile development practices, including Scrum and KanbanTechnical Proficiency: Familiarity with software development processes and technologiesUser Experience (UX) Design: Understanding of UX principles and collaboration with design teams to create user-centric productsProject Management: Task management, roadmap creation, resource allocation, and risk managementStakeholder Management: Proficiency in managing relationships with various stakeholders, including executives, customers, and cross-functional teamsBenefitsA young, international, and dynamic work environment that is constantly growing.
