We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our innovative and fast-paced team at Univrse. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our VR products and solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we deliver exceptional location-based VR experiences. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of immersive experiences.
What will you do? Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring timely and successful delivery of product features. Define and prioritise product features that align with business objectives and customer requirements. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful product development and launch. Identify bottlenecks and issues during the development process and help mitigate them to ensure smooth progress. Monitor and analyse product performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product life cycle. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Requirements Product Lifecycle Management: Expertise in managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. Market Research and Analysis: Ability to conduct market research, analyse trends, and understand competitive landscapes. Agile Methodologies: Knowledge and experience with Agile development practices, including Scrum and Kanban. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software development processes and technologies. User Experience (UX) Design: Understanding of UX principles and collaboration with design teams to create user-centric products. Project Management: Task management, roadmap creation, resource allocation, and risk management. Stakeholder Management: Proficiency in managing relationships with various stakeholders, including executives, customers, and cross-functional teams.
