WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to take on Growth-related initiatives. Your primary focus will be to revamp the entire user discovery experience within the product, eventually building new growth loops to attract and retain users with direct impact on Activation and Retention as main metrics.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Analyze and improve the user journey during the discovery phase.Be in close connection with customers, analyze the market to help customers with discovery and gain more value from the Product.Develop successful metrics and implement initiatives to enhance new user adoption of the product: both big projects and small experiments.Continuously monitor and analyze growth-related metrics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, data engineers, product engineers) and lead the product team to deliver results.Extend the current product with new growth loops.WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Must haves 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager focusing on metrics and delivering value to customers.Responsibility for the outcomes, not just the outputs of your work.Customer-centric mindset: a deep understanding of customer needs.Proficiency with A/B testing tools and analytical platforms; analytics background is a plus.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong presentation skills for work results and impact.Clear, concise, and empathetic communication style.Nice to haves Deep understanding of PLG and data analytics.Experience in SaaS product or a product with a subscription model.WHAT WE OFFER: We care about your growth, well-being, and comfort Relocation expenses covered to Barcelona if you are not there yet.Hybrid format to split your time between home and WeWork spaces.Professional development budget for relevant conference tickets, training programs, or courses.Customizable benefits package: from home office setups to wellness programs, and much more.Comprehensive health insurance for both you and your partner.Manychat is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
