Descripción We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Sage HR team. You will be building and delivering the proposition of our strategic cloud HR offering, to employers and employees. This means working on a substantial scale, delivering high-trust products globally with local mindset, serving various personas, navigating in a competitive market, and enabling continued growth and new features. You will be tasked with producing new compelling offerings and experiences that stand out amongst HR & Payroll global product set. To achieve this you will work closely with expert product managers, engineering squads, designers and researchers across Sage's HR & Payroll Business Unit as well as several internal and external partners.
Responsabilidades principales == Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Generate and gather ideas for deliverables by executing the market research, exercising industry knowledge, and gathering insights from customers and partners directly.
Generate and develop the initiatives to enhance and enrich the HR & Payroll product proposition, on web and mobile. Go from ideas and mock-ups to documented and tested concepts.
Facilitate the ceremonies to bring the deliveries from requirements to in-life management.
Create and maintain communicate roadmaps for technical and non-technical teams and provide well-structured context on needs and requirements.
Maintain tight connection with product delivery leaders, squads and their members, as well as customer-facing teams, go-to-market collective, IT, fellow product managers, product marketing and other stakeholders.
Support and drive the decision-making by supplying empathic, data-aware, and commercial evidence.
Expand and co-own the tools and frameworks for essential KPI gathering, reporting and data-driven decision making.
Define and own the requirements for shared and cross-segment services. Track dependencies & liaise with service owners to ensure roadmap alignment for the success of your deliveries.
Adopt and develop product manager's toolkit and methodologies such as Jira, Agile, Scrum, Kano Model, as well as assets used to drive progress with the team.
Provide regular feedback and coaching, ensuring colleagues understand the product strategy, values, and customer behaviors. Build a culture of engagement, inclusivity, and wellbeing.

== Skills, know-how and experience:
= Must have:
Experience designing user stories, briefs, acceptance criteria, user journeys, wireframes, mood boards. Excellence in storytelling and advocating the initiatives and context to guide the team towards the right outcomes.
Strong experimentationmindset, critical thinker.
Aspiration to proactively initiate, own, and execute work both independently and collaboratively with the team.
Ability to prioritise effectively, extract maximum value, make decisions, and deploy clear and concise rationale the stakeholders
Great understanding of the technology and the software delivery lifecycle with experience with end user-facing SaaS, web and mobile apps in B2B world. Proven ability to link technical narrative to customer-facing outcomes.
Experience implementing and using data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Pendo, or others.
Continuous learner and hands-on operator, able to drill down to the details and use provided tools to mine for insights and information.
Experience leading and influencing, including navigating a matrix environment & cross-functional teams.
Consistent record of shipping cloud products with multi-disciplined teams of software architects, engineers, and designers.

Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Regex
Running product governance, covering dependencies, risks & change management
Experience leading and owning the product for teams directly
