About the role: As a Product Manager you demonstrate broad customer expertise and the ability to apply this knowledge strategically to meet company and product objectives.
This role reports directly to the Head of Product (Booking Service) and is a key member of the product team.
You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and communicate the product roadmap You will be responsible for ensuring that product development is aligned with portfolio objectives.
Develop the business case and primary problem statements for work opportunities, ensuring they align with portfolio objectives.
What you will do: You are the Product Manager for a dedicated product area which manages the booking experience including product presentation and checkout widgets used by tours and activity operators on their websites.
You are end-to end responsible for the e-commerce experience and your objective is to turn lookers into bookers You understand and empathize with our customers: You use user research and product discovery techniques within workshops and interviews in order to find out what our users really need.
You regularly conduct competitive analysis.
You collaborate with your development team: Translate your insights into clear initiatives, epics, and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
This ensures the team delivers the most valuable outcomes.
You prioritize the backlog: Identify metrics to measure value and determine which features will have the greatest impact on our customers.
You manage and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency about current and upcoming releases.
You work with product and business leaders to develop a comprehensive product vision and roadmap.
You'll be successful in this role if you bring At least 5 years of product management or product owner experience with a strong focus e-commerce user experiences (web and mobile) Experience working on SaaS and white-label e-commerce products as a product manager or product owner is required Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field Strong analytical skills with a talent for data-driven decision making, including expertise in Google Analytics Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and driving decision making Strong knowledge of lean agile software development environment Demonstrated ability to communicate a clear vision, evangelize for your target market, and build excitement and pride for your solutions throughout the organization Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, additional european language is a plus.
