She/he needs to know which products are used for which application to give guidance to internal and external customers (CSRs, sales support, sales reps, VW, BMW, importers etc.) on which products to be offered for specific body-shop processes, where and how to order. Furthermore, solid knowledge about SAP (WM, SD, MM modules and processes) is required to check inventories, delivery schedules, pricing etc. Strong customer focus and project management skills are important to lead or support different non-paint projects in EMEA, including business growth opportunities with VW, BMW and Audurra product portfolio extension.Key responsibilities:Execute on agreed non-paint business growth opportunities with private label customers (VW, BMW) including product selection, private label design development and implementation with European suppliers.Product management for equipment (for example paint mixing scales, PCs, Spectrophotometers) incl. Phase-in / Phase-out of products.Implement non-paint business related communication for direct & indirect sales channel in EMEA.Supervision of Master Data Creation for Non-Paint products.Drive Approved Product List (APL) implementation and roll-out in EMEA Axcess stores.Lead and support various non-paint related projects in the EMEA region.Responsible for Non-Paint EMEA Sharepoint site – creation, maintenance, content.Key requirements:Languages: Fluent written and spoken English is required to work across sites and countries, additional languages (e.G. German (highly preferable), French or Spanish) are a plus.Communication: able to effectively and clearly convey information both verbally and in writing, adapted to any level in the organization.IT skills: good knowledge of SAP/R3 and SAP Business Warehouse and Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Power Point) – knowledge of Salesforce.Com is a plus.Functioning: well-structured and organized method of working, focused on getting results.Business Experience: The ideal candidate has worked in the Refinish business for 5 years or more and has in-depth SAP and non-paint product skills combined with a strong customer focus.Marketing experience is a plus (catalog creation, private label box design development and template/newsletter creation need to be supported)
