We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the Product Management of our cutting-edge Electronic Medical Records (EMR) solution.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of defining the future strategy and roadmap for our EMR product. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with stakeholders, and leverage market insights to drive the evolution of our solution. Your expertise will help us deliver a product that not only meets the needs of healthcare providers but also enhances patient care and operational efficiency.
In this role, you'll report into the EMEA Director of Product Management, who is overall responsible for the product strategy across all our Health Systems software solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our EMR solution.
Ensure that the EMR solution complies with relevant healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, GDPR, CQC and other regional standards.
Work closely with security and compliance teams to ensure that the EMR solution adheres to the highest standards of data security and privacy.
Identify opportunities to enhance the EMR solution with advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.
Engage directly with healthcare providers, administrators and end-users to gather feedback, validate features and refine the product.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
Understand market, industry and customer requirements and translate those requirements into features, functions and use cases.
Define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
Apply the product management toolbox driving a product-led approach to prioritization and solutioning.
Lead product discovery work driving increased predictability and ROI for development work.
Ensure the product is robust and well-supported.
Support launch plans, product marketing, and product sales through coordination, documentation and presentations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
Strong understanding of EMR systems and healthcare workflows.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Passion for improving healthcare through technology.
Experience with Agile Methodologies.
Soft Skills:
Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, healthcare professionals and external partners.
Track record of identifying innovative solutions to complex problems, particularly in the context of healthcare technologies.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and regulatory environments.
