Job Description: Netquest is part of GfK and offers a variety of products and services to help businesses and organizations gain insights into consumer behavior. Netquest specializes in data collection services via our own online panels, providing access to consumer information, allowing businesses to gather insights on e-commerce and digital behavior.
As the Product Manager, you will define the product strategy, gather customer feedback, and drive the development and launch of new features and capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to ensure that our e-commerce insights product meets the needs of our customers and delivers value to the business. You will report to the Product & Solutions Director.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute the product strategy for our e-commerce insights product, including defining the product roadmap, feature prioritization, and go-to-market plans. Conduct research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities in the e-commerce insights space. Gather customer feedback through interviews and use this feedback to inform product development decisions. Work closely with data science, engineering, and design to develop and launch new product features and capabilities. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product messaging, pricing, and promotional strategies. Monitor product performance metrics and use data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies in the e-commerce insights space, and incorporate these insights into the product roadmap. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in product management or e-commerce analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making. Experience in user research and gathering customer feedback. Knowledge of web analytics tools and e-commerce platforms. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field.
