Product Manager - LendingJoin a high-performing team in a Product Manager role. As a product-led organisation, Product at Ebury drives strategy for the business, and as a Product Manager you will be responsible for the performance of trade finance within the business, for both new and existing products.
Responsibilities:You will be responsible for:
Collaborating on the product strategy for Lending, including managing the product roadmap and supporting the go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.Managing end-to-end delivery of new initiatives within Lending as well as identifying and executing against improvements to current features and processes.Keeping up-to-date with market, industry and regulatory trends in Lending, which will drive your product decisions.Supporting in product commercialisation, including proposition development, business case development, stakeholder training and creation of content (marketing collateral).Defining, tracking and monitoring KPIs for product initiatives, and taking decisions and actions based on results.Communicating product performance against KPIs to relevant stakeholders within the business.Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of stakeholder (internal and external) needs and behaviours, to enable you to design and deliver successful product outcomes.Working collaboratively with Technology, Risk and other stakeholders to define requirements, epics and stories.Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the market, industry and regulatory trends in Lending, and taking decisions based on this knowledge.Expectations:You will have:
A deep understanding of B2B Lending products and all underlying aspects of delivering them including underwriting, funding and loan management.A strong focus on the client, and will base decisions on client feedback.Solid communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to clearly communicate product needs and requirements to leadership, business and technical stakeholders.Strong organisational and project management skills.A minimum of 4 years working in a product role in a high-growth fintech or neobank, or a software/service company.A minimum of 4 years product management experience, in a Product Owner or Product Manager role.Successful delivery of product solutions in a fast-paced, agile organisation.Domain knowledge in Lending and all aspects of delivering the product.A high level of organisational and project management skill.Strong analytical abilities, including the ability to distil a problem into its component parts.Experience using Jira.Nice to have:Experience working in a high-growth or scale-environment.Experience working with Payments and FX products.About UsEbury is a FinTech success story, positioned among the fastest-growing international companies in its sector.
