In Data & AI Unit we strongly believe in unlocking the value of data.
Your role will be to create business value by managing the Data Products portfolio and supervising the delivery of best-in-class analytics use cases.
You will work closely with a community of Data Experts and participate in initiatives linked to AI & LLM to support business growth.
Your key responsibilitiesAs a Data Product Manager, you will be part of the Data & AI Unit working closely with Business Platforms.
You will be collaborating with business stakeholders and other Data Product Managers to deliver data initiatives and domain-specific requirements.
You will be accountable for a portfolio of Data Products and your responsibilities will include:
Strategic alignment: Ensure that domain-specific data product development aligns seamlessly with the overall data strategy of the organization.Data demand management: Manage and keep an inventory of key data assets and products within the business domain, ensuring alignment with organizational data strategy.
Develop the data product roadmap for the business domain, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities.Accountability for Data Product development: Oversee and manage the end-to-end data product development lifecycle for the business domain, ensuring user-centricity, reusability, scalability, and timely delivery of high-quality data products.Portfolio management: Manage the portfolio of data products, balancing the development of new data products with the enhancement of existing ones.Collaboration: Collaborate with data engineers, architects, analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable product specifications.Holistic data understanding: Promote a comprehensive understanding of data needs, assets, and products across the organization, fostering a data-driven culture.Empowerment: Empower business users by reducing dependency on centralized teams for routine reporting, enabling independent data access and analysis.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all data products, including specifications, user guides, and technical documentation.Cross-domain thinking: Foster a culture of cross-domain thinking amongst business units and functions to accelerate value creation out of Data Products.Insights: Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and emerging technologies.You bringBachelor's or master's degree in supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, sustainability, or related domain.
Proven experience in data product management, particularly in supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, sustainability, or related domain.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Strong sense of accountability and sense of ownership, delivering results that matter and contribute significantly to our success.
Excellent analytical skills, adept at data analysis, finding patterns, and drawing insightful conclusions.
