Mission and Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced senior candidate to lead our Zinia App / Customer Portal and Merchant Portal transformation.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining product requirements, creating roadmaps, driving UX decisions, and guiding technical implementation discussions for both the App / Customer Portal and Merchant Portal.
Main Responsibilities: App / Customer Portal: Define the product requirements for the global Zinia app and customer portal to execute the new value proposition and drive organic traffic.
Supervise the execution of the app / customer portal roadmap deliverables.
Merchant Portal: Define the scope of the Merchant Portal functionalities, CX, tools, and functionalities to enhance the merchant experience.
Benchmark the best merchant value propositions to continually improve Zinia merchant services.
To be successful in the role you must have: Bachelor's / master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
Proven experience with a high responsibility level in relevant positions to the job.
Customer / merchant portals experience.
Experience in product management in the global banking / payments / financing industry.
Customer or Merchant Portals CX / UX experience.
Superior organizational skills balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests.
Customer focused & business oriented.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
High level of English.
Other languages would be a plus (Spanish, German, Italian, French...).
