.Product Manager - Customer EngagementPurpose: The Product Manager - Customer Engagement will report to the Head of Fragmented Sales Activation and has full accountability for delivering the overall technical solutions, inclusive of required data sets, for Club Bayer and future HCP engagement products. Work closely with key country teams and our global Customer Excellence + HCP teams to ensure the solution set is innovative and delivers business value, tied to our Digital Transformation and Fit to Win KPIs.Your tasks & responsibilities:Design, develop and operate (full stack & end to end accountability) a digital vision, roadmap and product portfolio for the digital product line - Customer Engagement.Lead and manage external teams that design and implement new solutions in an agile fashion in collaboration with a variety of stakeholders including but not limited to Commercial Partners (Trade Marketing Leads in various countries), Digital Leads, Vendors and Data teams.Lead a matrix team to develop Customer Engagement solutions.Innovate against the current global landscape when looking at/designing new solutions for Customer Engagement.Ensure digital products accelerate data science and the Consumer Health strategy by producing data and consuming data assets where applicable.Maintain and track the lifecycle of the Customer Engagement technology set.Using both an internal and external network (e.G., other companies, software providers), understand cutting-edge technologies, competitive landscape and drive innovation for overall HCP Engagement.Work directly with vendors/partners to understand digital product capabilities, roadmap, and lifecycles.Ensure all investment requests have considered business value, usability, viability, and feasibility.Key working relations:Commercial Partners - Global Customer Excellence and Trade Marketing.Commercial Partners - Cluster/Market Sales Teams, EMEA Regional Team.Product & Platform Lead, especially on CRM landscape.Digital Leads.Who you are:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.7+ years' experience working, ideally in an agile/scrum environment supporting the life cycle of software products (development, testing, launch, training support).Experience with key technology platforms, like Salesforce, Drupal, MuleSoft, Tableau.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve digital product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.Ability to think strategically about technology and execute as necessary.English required, Spanish and/or German nice to have.YOUR APPLICATION: This is your opportunity to tackle the world's biggest challenges with us: Maintaining our health, feeding growing populations and slowing the rate of climate change
