Who We're Looking For We are looking for a Product Manager with previous professional experience in crypto, blockchain, and web3 space to join our team.
You will work directly alongside the CEO, other Product Managers, and Business analysts to execute Venga's existing product strategy and own entire new product development processes from concept ideation to user acquisition.
This role required a deep knowledge and understanding of UX/UI design processes.

What You'll Be Doing Work alongside the CEO to understand and execute Venga's product development roadmap.
Dissect Venga's existing UX/UI to gain a deep understanding of the product and UX flows.
Own entire product development processes, from concept ideation to user acquisition.
Create BRDs and financial models to prove the feasibility of new product ideas.
Prepare overall business process BPMN diagrams to show the end-to-end product functionality.
Split product features into epics and stories.
Working with Business Analysts and communicating with all necessary Venga team members, create detailed technical descriptions of each user story with web sequence diagrams and more that will be ready for engineering.
Working with the design team, manage the design process from start to finish, from wireframes to finished designs, building the UX flows in Figma yourself, and owning the UX/UI for your products.
Working in squads, you will manage and own product development processes and continuously liaise with your squads to ensure all deadlines are met.
You will set KPIs and track usability results while proactively proposing product enhancements to elevate user experiences and boost retention.
You will continuously conduct usability tests, surveys, and user interviews to gather data that you will feed into the product and relay to the marketing team.
You will create customer-facing guides and product FAQs that all internal teams will be able to use.
Who You Are & What You'll Need You are from the crypto, blockchain, and web3 space and have a proven track record working in a fast-growing company in the space.
You have a deep understanding of blockchain technologies and are up to date on everything that is happening in the space.
You have 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
You have 2+ years of working with UX/UI in Figma.
You have rich experience in product metrics and analytics and can help set up tracking from scratch.
A very high level of English
