As a Product Manager for Train Couplers you are responsible to set the Product Services' vision and the aftermarket strategy.
What will your typical day look like?
Be responsible for maximizing Couplers product line aftermarket business value supporting targets on orders, revenue, cost & margin, enhancing market share of service business for couplers.Lead the Services vision of the Product with the O.E Teams for a full end to end approach, defining couplers aftermarket strategy and roadmap, portfolio of products and service solutions as well as associated Value propositions.Organize the collection of customers' needs and pain points to position your product value add, as well as capture market intelligence and competitors' analysis.Lead the regions strategic plans/budget reviews, identifying market trends and assessing opportunities for Couplers innovations.Develop business cases and product/services plans for the selection, definition, development, validation, scheduling and introduction to the market of an innovation.
