CAR-T is a completely new class of treatment, involving a complex process both for:
the CAR-T hospitals, that will play an essential role in the manufacturing process through cell collection, storage, and treatment delivery to patients, ensuring appropriate follow-up,the Referring hospitals, referring patients to the treating sites authorized by Authorities, to receive the right treatment.Several investigational CAR-T products will come to the market in the coming years, in Multiple Myeloma, among other hematology and oncology cancers.
While clinical profile will remain essential, the user experience and the ease of getting set up will play a big role in the choice of treatment.
Janssen's objective for CAR-T is to deliver the best-in-class to delight our stakeholders and differentiate from competitors.
Due to the nature of CAR-T and the necessity to create a different kind of interactions with hospitals, a new role is required.
MAIN ACTIVITIES/TASKS: Lead and develop product market launch strategy.Focus on development and implementation of tactical and strategic elements of brand plans.Lead necessary solutions to launch and manage the CAR-T.Develop relationships with key scientific and business opinion leaders (and other key stakeholders).Maintain relationship and provide specific support to field force demands.Brand Team: establishing collaborative team work environment with other departments (special attention: MAF & MEDED, HEMAR).Be an active member of CVT (represent the OpCo, at product level, in the International meetings).Prepare and implement local marketing activities (Ad-boards, Proactive meetings, etc).Lead agency and development of marketing materials.Lead the development and implementation of digital activities.Provide presence at National and International scientific congresses, responsible for main story on booth panels, activities, etc (commercial booth).Adequately respond to competitive threats.Budget control (Marketing).Establish the demands of information and prepare and follow up the Market Research Plan.Work closely with European Product Manager to assure adherence to global branding (if applicable) and positioning following the Marketing principles.Qualifications REQUIREMENTS: English minimum C1.Previous experience/knowledge/specific training in Marketing is valuable.Project management is desired.Bio/pharma experience needed, hematology/oncology or cell therapy experience desired.A university degree is essential; biosanitary background is preferred.ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: High sense of collaboration & teamwork.Understanding of dynamics in complex organizations and ability to influence people and deal with ambiguity.Capacity to transform complex concepts into simple ideas easy to understand for others.Strong project management skills.High learning capacity, motivated by challenges and continuous improvement.Autonomous working.Strong TA, disease and product knowledge.Deep understanding of hospital operations.Results oriented and 'Customer centric'.Strategic vision and analytical skills paired with a solution-oriented attitude.Familiarized with local regulatory and legal environment.Effective communication skills.Willing to travel both nationally and internationally.Ability to interpret data and determine market trends.Profound market, product, competitive landscape and customer knowledge.Effective management of KOLs as well as building strong professional relationships.Fair understanding of digital marketing and virtual channels.Big picture orientation with attention to details.Primary Location: Spain-Community of Madrid-Madrid
