The Digital Continuity & Manufacturing team specializes in providing strategic solutions for the digitalization of engineering and industrial processes, ensuring digital continuity throughout the entire product lifecycle, from design to maintenance. We focus on optimizing operational efficiency and driving innovation through the integration of advanced technologies such as automation, industrial IoT, and digital twins, helping companies quickly adapt to the market and maintain a competitive edge.

We are seeking a Product Manager to join Capgemini Engineering. We are looking to attract experienced candidates with a proven history of providing effective project management in complex IT environments.

Job Responsibilities
Lead product development from concept to execution, managing both incremental feature updates and entirely new products.Collaborate cross-functionally with designers and engineers to implement features, ensuring adherence to simplicity, quality, and user needs.Define and manage the project scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring that milestones and deliverables are clearly outlined and met.Make critical technical decisions and mediate conflicts within the project, while adapting plans to evolving needs and risks.Oversee project reporting, tracking team performance, budget usage, and delivering clear updates on project status and any changes or delays.Coordinate with stakeholders and testing teams, ensuring all technical requirements, testing strategies, and business requests are met.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor Degree (IT/Telecoms engineering).3-5 years of experience in Engineering projects (Phases, life cycles, metrics and methodologies).Fluency in English- Mandatory.Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate, to anticipate constraints and identify optimization or alternative solutions.A match to our culture – the successful candidate will have high energy and flexibility, fantastic communication skills (both written and verbal) and huge amounts of drive.Having a disability certificate will be positively valued, as part of our inclusion and diversity policy.We will consider all applications.
