Act as the technical liaison between internal teams and external payment providers.Analyze and understand APIs from payment providers to develop technical integration requirements.Ensure the smooth integration and ongoing support of payment solutions, resolving any technical issues that arise.Enhance API documentation, simplifying integration processes and improving technical workflows.Collaborate closely with the tech team to communicate product requirements and ensure timely delivery.Perform transactional tests using Postman to validate server communication and integration success.Continuously explore ways to improve payment products by staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and market trends.Languages: High proficiency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.Experience: At least 2 years of experience in technical product management in FinTech or payment technologies.Technical Skills:Basic knowledge of software development.Understanding of REST APIs and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Postman.Soft Skills:Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Analytical thinker with the ability to solve complex technical challenges.Customer-focused approach to product development.
