Company: Palex Medical Position: Product Manager and Specialist in Electron Microscopy and Nanotechnology Location: Madrid Description: At Palex, a leading company in the hospital, research, and analytical sectors, we need to incorporate a Product Manager and Specialist in Electron Microscopy and Nanotechnology .
This position takes care of developing the business on Electron Microscopy and Nanotechnology by supporting the IZASA Scientific Sales team in establishing strong connections and long-term relationships with clients and suppliers in this specialty.
Some of these functions will be: Design and develop the marketing policies in the area of nanotechnology.
Identification of customer needs and market opportunities.
Participate in the commercialization process.
Knowledge of nanotechnologies (fabrication and characterization) and accessories related to these techniques.
The position requires: a degree in a related technical or science field, such as Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, or Material Science.
A PhD is not a must but is a plus.
It will be necessary for the person to have several years of work experience in the materials science department or division within the research or industrial sector to understand the techniques and procedures that nanotechnology instrumentation involves.
Experience in sales in scientific instrumentation is also needed.
We are looking for: a person with high energy, initiative, who is a self-starter, very self-motivated, and creative.
It is necessary that the person has a high level of English and Spanish, as well as negotiating skills to negotiate with both clients and suppliers.
Effective and influential communication skills with key opinion leaders, PhDs, MDs, formal presentations, informal discussions, and written documentation are also required.
