The top line You will help manage the Digital Image product group commercially – maximising sales, profit, brand awareness, and purchase consideration in Spain and Portugal. Guided by our Pan-European strategy, you'll rigorously analyse your product group to set annual budgets and forecasts. From there, you'll be a motivating partner to the sales and Trade Marketing teams tasked with executing your plans, using your data-driven insight to adapt strategies that fit the local market.
In detail Business Analyse the market, competitors, consumers, and sales performance for your product group.Set yearly budgets and forecasts for the sales and brand activation teams.Create and coordinate a local marketing strategy to maximize both sell out and demand creation.Develop and agree with sales on channel strategy and distribution partners. Plan and coordinate ranging and promotions across accounts to maximise sell-out while managing investment levels.Review implementation of promotions and analyse performance against competitor activities.Manage the monthly forecasting: product and account wise quantities, pricing, and commercial investment.Manage the product lifecycle, new launches, and end-of-life product transition.Responsible for implementation of pricing conditions and commercial investment (Sell-Out Allowances / Stock Compensation).Check accrual situation and status of balance versus spend, aged activities etc.Carry out rigorous monthly reporting on your product group's performance. Marketing Guide, inform, and motivate sales teams, other internal and external stakeholders on the product Unique Selling Proposition's and strategy.Responsible for the in-store and online retail presence, liaising with trade marketing teams to ensure its categories presence in retailers are best in class (toolkits, brief & review of online/offline assets).Events: inform and excite customers and other stakeholders about the category in multiple events. Who you are University degree, comfortable working with Excel and Power BI.Commercially minded, analytical profile (sales background is valued).Good communication and presentation skills.Significant experience in a similar position (photography or consumer electronics will be valued). Ideally well-versed in consumer marketing.Background on photography.Ambitious, self-motivated, and highly professional.Passionate about technology.Fluent in Spanish spoken & written.
