Main Responsibilities As the Lead Innovation & AI, you will play a key role in driving technological transformation and innovation within our subsidiary. Your mission will involve identifying, structuring, and managing initiatives related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and product/process innovation to enhance our competitiveness and meet market demands. 1. AI Development and Solutions Integration • Identify opportunities to integrate AI, especially generative AI, into existing solutions (e.g., lead distribution software, media buying, data marketing, lead qualification, etc.). • Collaborate with business teams to define relevant, value-generating use cases. • Propose proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and oversee their implementation through delivery. 2. Project Structuring and Management • Design and prioritize technological innovation roadmaps. • Coordinate internal expertise (technical, studio, business teams) and external providers to ensure implementation. • Track project deadlines and deliverables for AI and innovation initiatives. 3. Internal Process Optimization • Identify and implement AI solutions to optimize internal processes (e.g., conversational agents, workflow automation). • Analyze results and suggest adjustments to maximize performance. 4. Monitoring and Lead Innovations • Conduct continuous monitoring of technological and industry trends (e.g., generative AI, APIs, advertising tech). • Suggest relevant innovations for integration into offerings and internal processes. • Propose new digital and conversational advertising levers. 5. Product Management Role • Act as a transversal Product Manager, ensuring innovations align with the company's product strategy. • Define project KPIs and monitor their progress. Desired Profile Key Competencies • AI Expertise: Mastery of generative AI concepts, deep understanding of APIs (e.g., OpenAI), and familiarity with technological frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). • Project Management: Proven experience in structuring and managing innovative projects. • Product Management: Ability to design, prioritize, and implement technology roadmaps aligned with business needs. • Innovation and Monitoring: Ability to identify new technological opportunities and translate them into concrete projects. • Cross-functional Coordination: Capability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (technical, business, external providers). Education and Experience • Master's degree (Bac5) in engineering, computer science, technological project management, or equivalent. • 3–5 years of experience in managing technological products or innovation projects, ideally in a tech or advertising environment. • Advanced expertise in generative AI is a significant plus.
