As part of our dynamic growth, we seek a Product Manager Acquiring & Issuing to our Card Schemes Department with proven experience and expertise in Card Acquiring and (or) Issuing.In this role, you will be responsible for the development and launch of new Acquiring card methods for Acquiring portfolio and Card products and services for Issuing portfolio with focus on EU, UK, APAC, Africa markets working closely with Card Schemes (Visa / MC and other Schemes), Partners, Vendor, Card Manufacture.To help accomplish your responsibilities, you will work closely with the Card Processing team, Settlement team, Finance team, PSP, Legal, Acquiring team, Analytics teams, Banking team and other departments involved in the acquiring & issuing setup or process.This position expects a lot of communication with Card schemes, external stakeholders, and partners.Fluent English – must.We understand that a candidate can be a Star in one of the verticals (acquiring or issuing) and accordingly, we are ready to consider candidates with relevant work experience in at least one of these verticals (Acquiring or Issuing) with the desire and ability to grow and develop in other verticals.Responsibilities: End-to-end product management of our Card payment methods: starting with getting a license for acquiring & issuing methods in Card Schemes ending the technical implementation of the card methods & products and launch to the market.Definition, planning, specification, product development, go-live, and rollout.Develop relationships with card schemes (MasterCard / Visa / JCB / AMEX etc.) as part of the implementation of Cards payment methods.Analysis of technical documentation of Card Schemes, preparing and describing business requirements for new Acquiring card methods and Issuing products, control and execution of mandatory changes of Card Schemes.Development of business and technical requirements for each developed Acquiring & Issuing card product and service.Interaction with TPP, Card Schemes, vendors for the manufacture and personalization of cards.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and launch new card payment products & services for Acquiring and Issuing and to drive excellence in our network
