Product Manager to support an ever growing International Technology department.
As a TPM you will be a touch point for leads across various departments in helping manage the product life cycle of our technical products and teams.
The role: Understand the company vision and mission and connect the company strategy with the product strategy.
Lead the work to drive product strategy efforts by discovering the needs of users, business, operations and other stakeholders.
Build the north star metric, product vision and craft a strategy to get there and make adjustments as necessary based on market changes or company priorities.
Drive the OKR process and align your team's OKR with the company's and other team's objectives.
Drive and prioritize product roadmap & backlog to maximize the team's impact.
Manage the product and projects scopes and timelines and ensure alignment between all involved parties.
Constantly measure and evaluate improvements & product performance with metrics.
Align and keep all stakeholders (internal and external) informed throughout the planning and development process.
Empathize with different user types to provide an easy to use and intuitive product.
Gather and analyze customer feedback and market research to inform product decisions and improvements.
Lead the product discovery and collect and craft high quality product requirements.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including ideation, development, and go-to-market strategies.
Effectively allocate resources to ensure product development stays on track and within financial constraints.
Define new processes and ways of working and align this process with the entire team.
Translate technical initiatives to a business outcome and share the metrics with all necessary stakeholders.
Problem focused and user-centric (franchisee and guest), you are motivated to provide the best user experience while answering the business needs.
Analytical and able to leverage data for decision making in prioritization and product design decisions.
Thriving and enjoying working in cross-functional teams (with e.g., tech, UX/UI design, sales, marketing, operations, etc.).
Basic Requirements: Min.
2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with significant experience building complex type of internal and external products.
A solid command of agile product development methods and tools, preferably Jira/Confluence/Figma.
Experience creating product roadmaps and driving features development from conception to launch, driving the product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading product/design discussions.
Good problem solving and decision taking skills.
Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
