The Solutions Hub within the Contact cluster is directly responsible for building all the user-centric features related to initiating contact and support of any kind within all parties of the Glovo eco-system i.e.
Customer, Couriers, Partners, and Agents.
The primary focus of these teams is to improve the visibility of our Help and Support features across all apps (web and mobile) and reducing unnecessary contacts by providing self-service functionalities and automations that result in less friction for the user.
North Star metrics: Reduce agent contact ratio; Increase user satisfaction with our support; reduce customer cancellations.
Be part of a team where you will:
Define and communicate the group's vision, mission, planning, and long-term roadmap.Lead and mentor PM direct reports, support and manage their career growth.Be responsible for three or more full-sized product development teams (initially may need to be hands-on with one engineering team).Establish OKRs for the teams in scope.Set and monitor goals across the entire product area.Influence across the entire product organization by facilitating collaboration and communication between teams.Facilitate group camaraderie with team-building initiatives and group events to share knowledge and establish trust.You have:
An experienced leader capable of managing a complex scope of 4 teams, and leading the vision and strategy definition for these areas.Experience leading and building consumer-centric features both on mobile and web.Experience leading a team of senior rock-star PMs and supporting their growth and career trajectory.7+ years delivering highly successful and innovative consumer mobile and full-stack products.3+ years leading a team of product managers.You're used to gathering data through both qualitative and quantitative approaches (user research, A/B experimentation, usability testing, data analysis, competitor and market analysis).Technical know-how - you have a solid understanding of how software is made and how it works.Superb communication and Fluent in English - you have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
