Could you be the full-time Production Introduction Field Engineer in Barcelona (Sant Genis & Santa Eulalia) we're looking for?
Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your experience to lead, assist and support projects & Production Introduction team for investigation, troubleshooting and resolution of technical/quality issues. You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You will support any technical activity on Alstom products during Production Introduction period as well as Commissioning, Warranty and Validation & Certification phase if applicable. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Quality, external and internal suppliers and Project Product Introduction Manager), diagnoses cause of malfunction/failure of operational equipment and recommends preventative and corrective actions and much more.
You'll specifically take care of provide technical guidance and supports to technicians in troubleshooting and repairs, but also define troubleshooting methodology.
We'll look to you for:
Give advise of Production Introduction management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product enhancements.Drive and support containment to avoid reoccurrence of failures.Ensure & facilitate information flow within the Production Introduction Customer Site, functions and project teams. Provide status and transparence on Production Introduction activities and key technical issues.Apply EHS requirements on site with the support of EHS team representatives.Support preparation and implementation of Field Modifications (FM).
