Product Information Management (Online Merchandiser)

Detalles de la oferta

Job Description:
Axalta has remained at the forefront of the coatings industry by continually investing in innovative solutions. We engineer technologies that protect customers' products – whether they are battling heat, light, corrosion, abrasion, moisture, or chemicals – and add dimension and beauty with colorful finishes. We have a vast and ever-evolving portfolio of brands primed to play an important part in everything from modernizing infrastructure around the world to enabling the next generation of electric and autonomous vehicles.
We are currently looking for a Product Information Management (Online Merchandiser) to join us at our facility in Asturias, Spain.
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented PIM (Product Information Management) Data Specialist to manage and enhance the quality of product data within our organization's PIM system. The PIM Product Specialist will play a critical role in executing a structured approach to the collection, creation, maintenance, and distribution of master product data, ensuring the integrity of our product information. This role involves close collaboration with the development team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure that our PIM system meets customer needs and supports business growth.
Key responsibilities:

Product Data Management:

Create, input, review, approve, and distribute product master data using various tools and workflows.
Work with vendors and third parties to collect and update data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Manage data requests in support of business processes, new product sales initiatives, and mergers and acquisitions.

Data Quality and Continuous Improvement:

Drive excellence in data quality through data cleansing and best practices for data construction.
Identify opportunities to gain efficiencies, automate processes, and improve data quality within the PIM system.
Provide input into the development of PIM data collection templates and workflows to optimize data management.

Collaboration and Data Stewardship:

Work collaboratively as a data steward within cross-functional teams to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements related to PIM data.
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to support business needs and ensure alignment with PIM data standards.

System Support and Troubleshooting:

Ensure the success of data output feeds by troubleshooting issues and making updates as required.
Monitor system performance and work with IT and development teams to address any technical issues related to PIM data.

Key requirements:

Experience: 2-4 years of relevant work experience (online merchandising, CMS, online marketing, or similar).
Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with SAP and SFDC Commerce B2B is an asset.
Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Analytical Mindset: A strong desire to understand how things work and a proactive approach to providing ideas for improvement.
