The role:
Join our team as a Senior Product Group Manager for Digital Content Ecosystem to directly shape and influence the MarTech Strategies that provide tangible results to the Nestlé Group Marketing Content function, to be responsible for the success of all Digital Products.
As Product Group Manager, you are responsible for the future Digital Content Product Group, managing product managers and teams.
You will ensure that the full life cycle of all products, from ideation and strategy through continuous value management to retirement, is managed and the end-to-end value of your scope (including Market Adoption) is delivered in time and quality.
What you'll do Partner with Zone, Categories and Brands, being responsible for facilitating and advising, and act as an internal consultant to deploy new business-enabled technologies, and orchestration of other MarTech & IT Tech streams to achieve the desired business outcome.Act as the advocate of technologies, innovations, and functional relationship management.Be the single point of contact between market BRMs (Business Relationship Managers) and multiple IT Product Managers to reduce complexity from the MarTech Customer point of view and provide clear accountability.Develop a deep understanding of the part of the business to which you are aligned and maintain strong relationships with BRMs and Regional Marketing teams.Ensure that your group of products fulfills the Nestlé business needs for scalability, replicability, and time to market, as well as allows for quick adaptation to consumer/customer trend changes.Hold accountability for developing your teams' capabilities as well as the stakeholders receiving the capabilities and delivering value to other product groups.Facilitate the strategy development of all the products in your scope and deliver on the business value these product groups will unlock.Support and coach each of the Product Managers and teams, as well as carry the responsibility for these product groups.Set up and facilitate the prioritization process based and aligned on the product groups' strategy proposals.
As a thought leader and leveraging digital transformation leadership, support your Product Managers and team in the region to problem-solve through coaching and network building.Support the execution of the full product life cycle of your Products and directly manage a set of high proficiency pooled resources that will support the Product teams to meet and exceed IS/IT quality and value delivery key performance objectives.Be the sponsor for B listed preferred partners but not limited to those.We offer you

BA, PM ...).Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience in effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.Preference to have worked in a global environment and with virtual teams.Outstanding levels of proficiency and technical understanding of business processes and UX mastery of eContent Management, Digital Asset Management, Web Content Management systems, and publication to outbound channels.About the IT Hub
