.Company Description TLDR: Are you a data whiz who loves diving into complex data sets to uncover insights and drive business decisions?
Are you a master at turning data into actionable recommendations that optimize workloads and boost team productivity?
Joining us as Product Expert Analyst, you will play a critical part in optimizing the Product Expert team's workload by leveraging your analytical skills to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Europe and LATAM to develop data-driven strategies that drive efficiency and scalability.
This is a remote-first role.
Of course, we'd love someone joining in one of our offices (Barcelona, Rome, Warsaw, etc.)
Your key responsibilities will include the following: Analyze data to track and optimize the workload of team members across departments.
Work with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies to optimize workflows.
Use data to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency.
Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and track progress against goals.
Continuously monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure maximum impact.
Ideally, you already have... 2+ years of experience in data analysis, as a business analyst or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
Proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven decision-making.
Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.G., Tableau, Looker, etc.)
and creating integrations (e.G., Jira -> GSheets).
Fluent English skills (any other languages - e.G., Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish, etc.
are a plus).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
A home base in Europe and the legal right to work in your place of residence.
