Your role is crucial in developing our sustainability-focused products. You’ll use your skills to understand product requirements and innovative technical capabilities to build value-driven and state-of-art business applications. This role involves collaboration across teams, taking ownership of technical product streams, and contributing to strategic initiatives.Your tasks:Architect and develop cutting-edge sustainability solutions that support companies to achieve their sustainability goals. One of your core activities is to build new and extend existing products including all related technical tasks, using the EMS platform (Data Model, Studio, ML Workbench, Action Flows).You will work partly on the development of prototypes for new use cases with cutting-edge technology (e.g. AI or the Process Intelligence Graph) as well as on productizing existing implementations into scalable software solutions (abstraction of interfaces, creation of reusable and clean code, testing of edge cases, etc.).Translate user stories into actionable development tasks having a strong focus on user requirements, user journey and user interface. Align with partners regarding technical implementations and roadmaps for new features.Explore data availability for sustainability use cases in various source systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and build data pipelines for contextualizing, cleaning and transforming data from source systems.Collaborate closely with stakeholders and product managers to align product development with business objectives.Lead initiatives to involve customers in the development of our products, gathering feedback to continuously improve our offerings.The qualifications you need:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.2+ years of experience in working with Celonis products (e.g. as a consultant or in a Center of Excellence)Advanced skills in Python for scripting and data manipulation but also expertise in object-oriented programmingProficiency in SQL, PQL; experience with YAML are a plusBasic understanding and curiosity for data science concepts and technologiesExperience with building and integrating rest APIsBasic understanding of relational databasesProficiency with ETL / data pipelines handling in Celonis (Data collection, cleaning, transformation, loading)Prior exposure to supply chain management processes and sustainability initiatives is beneficial, demonstrating an understanding of the challenges and opportunities within these domains and a commitment to driving positive change through technology.Entrepreneurial mindset and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.Critical thinking and analytical mindset with a preference to solve problems pragmatically and with high quality.Ability to collaborate, partner, and work effectively and smoothly in a hyper-growth company in an international team, including collaborating with team members in a remote setting.
