Mission and Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced senior candidate to join our team as a Product Director for our Checkout Landing - Zinia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, for both consumer and merchant-facing products. You will drive product vision, define go-to-market strategies, create product roadmaps, lead UX decisions, and steer technical implementation discussions. Customer: Ensure alignment and coherence of Zinia products across geographies, programs, and public landings. Lead RFPs from a Product perspective. Supervise the CX of the new Zinia products in the portfolio. Merchant: Lead the definition of the merchant experience improvements in Zinia: Onboarding, integrations, Billing & Settlement, and Communications. Align and define prioritization for new value proposition features for merchants and its roadmap. Supervise the Zinia public landings for merchants. To be successful in the role you must have: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields. Proven experience with high responsibility level in relevant positions. Consumer finance services experience and/or experience in related fields (preferred). Experience in product management in the global payments/financing industry. CX, customer conversion, regulatory analytical perspective. Payment gateways, transaction flows, value-added services around merchants and payments, from the business and technical sides. Superior organizational skills balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests. Customer-focused & business-oriented. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions. High level of English; other languages would be a plus (Spanish, German, Italian, French...). What do we offer?
