.**Craft**:Games Design & Production**Summary**:We are seeking an experienced Product Director to drive the growth of our events in Farm Heroes Saga, one of King's fastest growing games. As a Product Director, you will be responsible for setting the product strategy, defining the product roadmap, and overseeing the entire production process from discovery to launch. You will collaborate closely with cross- functional teams including development, production, design, art and marketing to increase player engagement and deliver impact. This is a leadership role that requires strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of player needs and market trends.You'll ensure that your Area's work is aligned with Farm's overall strategy and goals, and you'll collaborate with the Farm Leadership Team and other senior leaders in Farm and King to deliver a cohesive overall product.**Your role within our Kingdom**:- Ensure the Events Area has goals, strategy and roadmap covering product, process and people in coherence with Farm's overall strategy- Communicate and create excitement of the area product vision and strategy and how it is related to overall strategy- Full accountability for the Events Area player experience, business performance and financial targets related to it- Coordination and collaboration of strategy and roadmap with other leaders and key stakeholders both within Farm and King- Communicate changes, align and provide feedback on progress and results within Farm and to other team members as needed- Ensuring quality standards are being applied, and balancing timely deliveries with a long- term perspective of the product- Establish impactful activities within the area such as ways of working, prioritisation, decision- making, planning,estimation and good collaboration within the team and with other areas**Skills to Create Thrills**:You have the vision and ability to see the bigger picture, and translate it into innovative initiatives.
