Join our innovative team and play a pivotal role in defining, prioritizing, and delivering features that enhance our CRM Marketing capabilities, ensuring optimal customer experiences across our organizationEducation & Professional Qualifications- A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field provides a solid foundation for understanding both business requirements and technical aspects.Knowledge / Experience- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on CRM Marketing products.- In-depth experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud build and rollout- Proven ability to strategically plan and prioritize CRM Marketing features and functionalities based on business value and impact within the context of the broader GDP program.- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in identifying and resolving technical challenges related to CRM Marketing integration, ensuring smooth functionality and user satisfaction.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring alignment of integration efforts with overall program goals.- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in integrating marketing products with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Consent solutions, ensuring a secure and seamless user experience.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly in the context of product ownership, to contribute to efficient project planning, coordination, and delivery.- Experience in developing user training materials and providing support for CRM Marketing users during and after the integration process.NICE TO HAVE- Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) incl.
