This involves:Conceptualize and develop manufacturing processes to commercialize new products.Evaluate, optimize and improve existing processes.Assess the process capabilities of potential new manufacturing partners.Engage early in the product concept and design stage to understand key design principles and define the best process.Communicate process designs effectively.Engage and build rapport with equipment manufacturers.Document and communicate results through reports and presentations.Foster a collaborative learning environment.Travel up to 30% for FATs and plant trials.Function as processing expert and advisor within the Product Development team, and key R&D contact point for Operations.Represent R&D in cross-functional Project meetings and ensure that all project work is within the governance of our internal system.Complete proper Knowledge Management throughout Requirements indata-drivenYOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF YOUCare about our mission and see it as a "personal" problem to be solved professionally.A BS in an Engineering and/or process engineering discipline.7+ years in a food process manufacturing environment is a must.
