As part of the group's new organization, a new entity was created in 2023 to take over all existing digital solutions: Suez Digital Solutions.
This new entity (650 people) is led by Patricia Villoslada, recruited in January 2023 and reporting directly to Sabrina Soussan.The Suez Group is now the world leader in digital solutions in the field of water management, with an international footprint (Europe with France, UK, Italy but also US and Australia) and more than 10 years of experience in the field.It offers 3 main product lines (HW/SW):Smart Metering (connected meters, IOT platform, data analytics, 6 million deployed worldwide).Smart Water (software solutions for global management of the water cycle, 1500 platforms deployed).Asset Advanced (solutions for managing investments in water management infrastructure).In the Waste sector, the group's offer is less extensive but the potential is enormous.
Initial applications have been developed in the digitization of customer relations, flow traceability, etc.To succeed in this project, Suez Digital Solutions must rethink its product and technical approach and in particular the way digital solutions are designed, developed, and maintained.POST:Location: Alicante, SpainReporting to: Julien CABOT, CTO Digital SolutionsResponsibilities:Frame and manage the ramp-up of the Alicante site, in collaboration with Digital Solutions' product teams and the site's business plan.Ensure the hierarchical (non-functional) management of Suez employees on the site and the management of contractors.Manage the local partner(s) contributing to the recruitment of profiles.Ensure the management of workloads, costs and activity rates of the teams.Ensure the process of breakdown expenses by Solution Lines.Leading teams and creating a Suez Digital Solutions culture, based on Suez behavior and the dynamism of Suez DS.Develop the relationship and collaboration between the Suez DS product teams in France, according to the One Team and Product Factory model.Animate and ensure the operation of the premises and workspaces of the Alicante site.Ensure the operation of the site with the HR, Finance, QHSE, legal and IT functions of Suez Spain.To develop the brand image and attractiveness of Suez Digital Solutions in Alicante and its region to make it a visible and recognized employer of choice in the digital sector at the service of the environment.Contribute to projects on an ad hoc basis according to expertise.Which skills and experiences you will need to succeed in this role?Required experience and skills:Mastery of at least one digital product development profession.Cross-functional project management, with a strong HR/people dimension, and project workload management.Experience with the Suez Digital Solutions' behaviors.Experience in hierarchical management of developers.A strong sense of planning and collaboration.Fluency in English (C1).Fluency in French (C1) is an important plus.Fluency in Spanish (C1) is an important plus.Required behaviors:Energetic, Autonomy, Constructive, Collaborative, Diplomat, Pragmatism, Agility.Location: Alicante, Spain.
