Are you looking for a professional opportunity in a global agricultural company focused on seeds and involving product advancement decisions?
KWS Vegetables is looking for a Product Development Manager (m/f/d) for our station in Murcia Region , Spain . This is a full-time and permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new assortment for PMCs on local and country level
Implement Crop/PMC Trial plan in line with global crop trial plan
Member of local crop team(s); give input crop strategy, market-customer intelligence
Support development and maintenance product profiles
Advise on and support introduction strategies
Ensure implementation/alignment trial calendar
Performance Indicators:
Quality Trialplan, design and execution
Successful introductions
Define growing protocols and growing concepts before commercial launching.
Your Profile:
Requires a minimum of a B.S. in Agronomy or Horticulture
3+ years of experience in the vegetable seed industry is preferred
Fluent English in word and writing, additional language(s) are an advantage
Ability to think and act at different levels, prepared to put "boots on the ground"
Analytical and Result Oriented "we make it happen" mentality
