The Product Development (PD) Team is responsible for developing new Financial Lines insurance products, updating existing products to meet evolving market needs and regulatory requirements, and providing day-to-day legal support to underwriters. The Team provides these services to all international markets in six languages. You will report directly to the Product Development Manager.Responsibilities:Review and draft Financial Lines Insurance Policies (and related contractual documents) in several languages and jurisdictions; Coordinate cross-department product projects; Provide legal support tounderwriters on policy wordings and insurance related matters in several languages and jurisdictions; Provide training to underwriters and other staff on insurance topics or related product topics; Participate in the dissemination of legal and business information relevant to the Underwriting community, Claims department and Management; Participate in special projects and perform related duties as assigned.Requirements:Languages: fluency in English, French and either Spanish or German (written and oral) required; Portuguese a plus;Experience: 2 years' working experience, preferably in the finance industry (insurance, reinsurance, bank) or in an international law or consultancy firm; Education: degree in law; other degrees may be considered if supported by work experience with insurance or other contracts
