That's why we need a Product Development and Support Specialist like you.MissionPDS Specialist NAT is the person responsible for providing basic technical advice and support for assigned NAT products. They will use their technical knowledge to resolve specific technical problems and guide technical training to internal and external staff where required. They will work closely with various internal departments and external companies to drive product design, development and launch processes.What your responsibilities will beMonitor and analyse reports of issues across multiple channels to understand and prioritize feedback, inquiries and product deficiencies based on customer impact, revenue impact and other top line product metrics.In partnership with Product Owners and R&D, help develop and execute user testing to obtain valuable insights for our product development process.Work closely with R&D Instruments organization on new feature roll out and triaging customer-impacting issues.Maintain technical knowledge to be fully up to date with technology developments.Continuously expand knowledge of Grifols product lines.Stay abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product's competitive position.Demonstrate product functionality accurately and completely.Accurately communicate all technical specifications.Assist in the development and validation of R&D Instruments documents and Tech articles.Provide scientific support, facts of products and the development of product claims.Answer all questions and address all concerns from DxCTS.Develop and perform product line training.Train trainers of Technical Application Support team (TAS).Responsible for Technological Transfer to Support and Commercial teams.Who you areTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
