As our Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing solutions to customer problems as they arise.You will be overall responsible for our design vision, design strategy, and customer validation initiatives.You will assemble teams, community members, and advisors to facilitate solutions, create multiple test plans, produce wireframes, and go through rounds of A/B testing.Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams.Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our users.Enhance our product design style, and guide to a holistic and scalable design system that spans our user journey.Design flows and experiences that are both simple and elegant.Interview users to gather requirements, observing how they interact with our mock-ups to find out how to improve our product.Own components from start to ship to iterate.Focus on what you do best — whether that's sketches, wireframes, prototypes, designs, or code — and you'll have the opportunity to sharpen the skills you're looking to develop.Understand the array of technical constraints, user goals, and business requirements that shape a product.What skills do I need? Have 3+ years of relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company.A user-centric mindset.Able to prototype experiences, including the ability to gauge the appropriate fidelity for the objective.A passion for details and you are excited to keep pushing your work until it is pixel-perfect
