Our founding team has strong entrepreneurial experience building and scaling web products from 0 to IPO.Your RoleReporting directly to our CMO Thomas, this is what you will do:Key ResponsibilitiesUX Research: Conduct comprehensive user research to understand target audiences and gather insights that drive design decisions.Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts, ensuring both functionality and user engagement.User Interface Design: Develop innovative and visually compelling user interfaces that enhance user interaction, satisfaction, and engagement across our platform.User Testing: Plan and execute user testing sessions to validate designs, gather feedback, and make data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.Collaborative Development: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.Design Systems: Develop and maintain robust design systems to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.Accessibility and Inclusivity: Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and are inclusive for a diverse range of users.Drive Growth-Oriented Design: Focus on creating designs that not only enhance user experience but also support key business objectives, such as user acquisition, retention, and monetization.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of design elements using user feedback and data analytics, iterating as necessary to optimize the user experience.Your QualificationsHard SkillsMinimum of 3 years of experience in product design with a proven track record of successful projects.Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and familiarity with prototyping and wireframing tools.Demonstrated experience in designing consumer-facing digital products, with expertise in creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces.Proven ability to conduct UX research, develop wireframes, and create high-fidelity prototypes.Strong analytical skills to interpret user feedback and data, driving informed design decisions.Others:Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)Goal-orientated, ownership and commitmentDoer mindset - we are moving fast and we need people that can find the right balance between executing, planning, and strategyHumble - willing to learn, open to feedback#NSFW - you are comfortable building products that are based on uncensored models and contentExperience in industries such as dating and live cams.Expertise in motion design, accessibility, and design systems.Familiarity with international markets and a diverse user base.What we offerPermanent or freelance contract (as long as you're in it for the long haul)Full-remote (you work from the place that suits you best)Annual gathering to get to know each other betterGPT-4 Pro plan, other (AI) tools and any relevant tools required to work in the best conditions
