The Job We are looking for a Product Designer with a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively interact with websites and mobile applications within the global marketplace for one of the top food & beverage companies worldwide. Partnering with cross-functional teams (PMs, UX Researchers, Product Designers, devs, etc.) and stakeholders, the ideal candidate has previous experience in A/B Testing and usage of Design Systems to ensure scalability and enhancements in our digital platforms. He/she participates in the Product Design Life Cycle end-to-end.
Facilitate stakeholders' product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for our customer ecommerce apps.Create, maintain, and scale our Design System for the Product Catalog experience.Design and deliver wireframes, stories, journeys, and high-fidelity designs for mobile and desktop devices.Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.Identify new product improvement opportunities.Analyze how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.Work closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes.Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.Main relationships Devs teams/squads.CustomerUx DesignersProject ManagersYour profile 5 or more years of experience in the different phases of the digital design processDemonstrated experience in eCommerce, with a well-rounded portfolio of design work and a strong understanding of design objectives.Strong experience with design systems (creation, improvement, scale, ways of working, evangelization).4 years of experience in Figma (partner level).Experience in agile environments (Scrum Squads) and UX Lean understanding.Excellent attention to detail.Dynamic, creative personality, good communication skills to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences.Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve.Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback.Excellent communication skills in English, any other European language is a plus.
