About the Role At RavenPack we are searching for a Product Designer to join RavenPack's Product Team. As a Product Designer, you will be in charge of the interface and user experience on the next generation of research products for our workflow solutions product suite.
You will be reporting directly to the Senior Front End Product Manager and will interact with different teams across the organization, including engineering, quality assurance, product, and more.
What You Need to Succeed: +2 years of experience working in Digital Graphic Design, Web Design or related field. +2 years of professional experience working in digital products for web and mobile platforms and a deep understanding of them. +2 years of experience working in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch and InVision. Figma experience is a must. High level of experience in HTML, CSS and JS are assumed. A portfolio that demonstrates you have shipped successful UX/UI design for digital products. Ability to work within a deadline while maintaining quality standards. Ability to create clear wireframes and clean interface designs. Ability to communicate and describe prototypes to technical and non technical colleagues and users. Experience in collaborating with user research to gather insights for design and product strategy. Your Responsibilities: As a Product Designer, you will apply the best practices for improving user experience when working with the RavenPack platform. You will work across the entire product process: User Research, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, User Experience, Visual Design.
Develop a deep understanding of RavenPack's latest research suite of products. Understanding our client's workflows and building designs that help to improve them. Derive, organize, and distribute user and design insights through interviews of existing and prospective clients. Designing crisp and clean interfaces to maximize user engagement and deliver the best experience. Manage and enrich the RavenPack design system. What's in it for You?
