Product Designer

We're looking for an ambitious Product Designer to join our product team at Feedier and make an impact.
Responsibilities:Product Design & Development: Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring designs are user-centric and aligned with the product strategy.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts.Design user flows, interactions, and overall user experiences for web.User Research & Testing: Conduct user research through discovery calls with clients to gain insights into user behavior and pain points.Analyze user feedback and data to iterate and improve design solutions.Work closely with product lead and engineers to ensure design feasibility and technical implementation.Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and aligning with business goals.Design Systems & Guidelines: Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guides, ensuring design consistency across products.Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to ongoing projects.Preferred ExperienceMust have: Proven experience in creating user-centric designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.Demonstrated ability to conduct user research, including discovery sessions, and analyze feedback to refine designs.Experience working on Figma.Experience working closely with cross-functional teams.Nice to have: You are based in Madrid, Spain.You speak French and Spanish.Familiarity with Tailwind CSS framework.Recruitment ProcessThe whole process is between 2 weeks (starting January 7, 2025).
