Technology at Our Design Teams Within MTech, the product designer participates in defining the strategy and understanding the problem, taking into account business expectations and ensuring its execution.
A PD in MTech is focused on the user, works in small iterations, and is highly focused on functional research.
They use the design thinking methodology and maintain continuous contact with the product and frontend teams, as they build user interactions and understand the process side, including what happens in the hive or store and potential problems.

- Fluency in applying user research methodologies and good practices.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies in continuous delivery environments.
- Communication skills to transmit concepts and promote their potential impact.
- Ability to work in a team with humility, receive feedback, and give it constructively.
- Ability to adapt design methodologies and processes to different circumstances or collaborators.
