To empower our Product Design Team, we are looking for a talented Product Design Lead to help us accelerate and mature our company's products globally. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end design process and strategy, including user research, user experience, and UI design.Manage your Product Design Team by providing leadership, direction, and mentorship in product design and research, partnering with HR to ensure that the Product Design team is well supported in terms of learning and personal development.Build a strong Product Design framework, policies, and delivery cadences, while setting new standards in execution and operational excellence.Efficiently coordinate Product Design team members and initiatives with units and departments leaders across the company.Shape company's best practices, along with a plan for evolutionary and iterative updates, that actualize the larger strategy over time within all company's products and solutions.Represent user experience and usability to stakeholders within the company.Represent our users internally driving initiatives based on data-proven knowledge, by having a profound understanding of both qualitative and quantitative metrics of our products.Drive frequent product iterations and best practices, making internal stakeholders understand the user-centric intersection between design, product, business, and engineering.Soft SkillsPassionate about usability and product design excellence, feeling naturally inclined to share and promote a customer-centric mindset across the business.Critical eye for inefficient processes.Problem-solver who proactively connects the dots across departments.Fantastic storyteller, believer in the importance of intentional and open communication.Enjoy coaching teams to help them develop themselves whilst contributing to our company purpose and objectives.Technical SkillsAt least 2 years of experience as Product Design Lead or equivalent.Strong experience with UX (wireframing, flows, sitemap, Information Architecture), UI and Visual design.
