KWS Semillas Ibérica S.L.U   is hiring a Product and Agroservice Manager (m/f/d) for its station in  Zaratán (Valladolid, Spain. This is an unlimited and full time role. The main purpose of the position is to be responsible for area management and generate information about product performance and positioning. Support the Country Manager in the implementation of the strategy.
Your responsibilities: Responsible for area management Portfolio managment for Corn, Rye, and OSR Trial planning and monitoring Meetings with Industry and KWS for those crops Technical materials, product catalogs and marketing interaction Consolidation of information from different crops and data sources Generate information of the products through doing yield and agronomy field tests to: Define the advance of new products. Develop product positioning for each region/environment/usage. Create content and sales argumentation. Corn (CyL + SUR) Trials (FAST and agronomic) Customer complaints Visits to distributors and key accounts Sunflower Trials (FAST and agronomic) Customer complaints Visits to distributors and key accounts OSR (CYL) Customer complaints Visits to distributors and key accounts Hybrid Rye (CyL) Trials (FAST and agronomic) Customer complaints Visits to distributors and key accounts Support sales reps in their actions, especially field-days, dealer & farmer meetings and visiting most relevant farmers in the regions of Castilla y León and Extremadura and the South of Spain. Coordinate and lead marketing activities technical merchandising, catalogue, technical platforms, head-to-head commercial trials. Direct actions to opinion leader farmers of main corn regions. Writing of technical articles to publish in media. Contact with entities to participate in official trials Your profile: Academic degree in Agricultural Engineer or similar fields Spanish and English advanced (written and spoken) Experience as Senior technician, customer service specialist (Corn).
