About the Role: The Product Analyst - Operations is responsible for identifying and implementing best practices to optimize product operations and drive continuous process improvements.
They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and elevate the overall product experience.
This role is part of the B2B Product team, reporting to the Senior Director of Product and Operations.
You Will: Develop and document standardized product operations processes, workflows, and procedures.Implement new tools, systems, or technologies to automate and enhance product operations.Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to inform process refinements. You Have: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex processes and develop streamlined workflows.Basic understanding of product management principles and the product life cycle.Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
