FX Product Analyst Malaga - Office Based Responsibilities: You will be responsible for:
Collaborate on the product strategy for FX Risk Management, focusing on subdomains such as MiFID entity, Derivatives , and new FX Products. Manage the end-to-end delivery of new initiatives withinFX Risk Management, whilst identifying and executing improvements in current features and processes. Stay informed of market, industry, and regulatory trends in FX Risk Management and Fintech that will guide Ebury's product decisions. Support product commercialisation efforts, including proposition development, business case formulation, stakeholder training, and the creation of marketing collateral. Define, track, and monitor KPIs for product initiatives, making data-driven decisions and actions based on the results. Communicate product performance against KPIs to relevant stakeholders within the organisation. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of stakeholder (internal and external) needs and behaviours to design and deliver successful product outcomes. Collaborate with Technology, Data and other stakeholders to define requirements, processes, epics, and user stories. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market and regulatory trends in FX Risk Management, using this knowledge to inform decisions. Expectations: You will have:

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), enabling clear communication of product needs and requirements to leadership, business, and technical stakeholders. Strong organisational and project management capabilities. Must Haves: Ideal candidates must be able to evidence:
A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in product and execution, either in corporate or startups. Experience in a consulting or project management role, or experience in a high-growth fintech, neobank or FX firm. Understanding of derivatives and structured products. Successful delivery of solutions in a fast-paced, agile organisation. Proactive with organisational and project management skills. Strong analytical abilities, capable of breaking down complex problems into manageable parts. A history of grit, determination, and resourcefulness, coupled with a strong desire for professional development. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without authority. An extremely social candidate with a great sense of humour will do fantastic in this team.
