They play an important role in ensuring the smooth operations and delivery excellence of their clients' projects.He/she is responsible for delivering a completed project on time, on specification, and on budget.The successful candidate will use their superior problem-solving skills, a passion for production, marketing and advertising and a desire to learn.
They are highly organized and accountable leaders, who are able to build relationships and collaborate drawing on the expertise of Hogarth's resources and capabilities.
RESPONSABILITIES CommunicationThe key day-to-day project contact with lower to high-level clients and creative agenciesPossesses accurate sense of client satisfaction level - facilitates the sharing client feedback with the team and management; sensitive to the client's needs and concernsTakes accountability to ensure that all team members are aware of timelines and deliverablesDevelops and maintains high levels of team effectiveness (trust, communication, collaboration, productivity diversity and engagement)Serves as a mentor/coach to junior producersProcessManage all range of projects independently, from initiation through completionServe as the production expert on audiovisual campaigns, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agencyManages client objectives, budget, expectations, deliverables and timelines and communicating changes/directions to team membersKeeps projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notesDemonstrates strong commercial abilities and business and financial acumenWorks with interdisciplinary teams of creative, production and technologists to define and develop scopes and estimates of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget), helping to translate creative concepts into clear sets of deliverables with proper staffingOwns project budget and tracking of all ongoing costs throughout project lifecycle, reconcile estimates to actuals on all projects, and resolution of budget discrepancies between disciplines, vendors and clientsDay to day tasks can includeDevelops and maintaining scopes, timelines and budgetsCoordinates and partners with Hogarth's global production network to ensure global campaign launches are successful and work is completedManages status documents, agendas, contact reports, trackers and day to day communication with teams and clientLiaises with clients/agencies/suppliers to obtain schedules, briefs, assets, technical specificationsResponsible for managing the talent and traffic teams at HogarthManages of POs, financial reporting, tracking, billing against all project budgetsREQUIREMENTS4-5 years of production experience in an integrated agency or production house.
Professional experience in Offline, Online and 2D, 3D, audio media productionSolid understanding of production, postproduction and the creative development process.
Knowledge of the whole postproduction process from start to finish.Experience with data handling asset management, buyouts and formatsSuccessful history of project leadership to clients and account, with demonstrable experience in settingAbility to manage medium to complex projects with varying components, demonstrating ability to deliver on time and on budgetFluent in English to work with native speakers.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, workflow tools, online project management/collaboration/ticketing tools e.g.
